He is married with two children. His professional training and experience enables him to assist client companies with the management of everyday problems, ranging from the interpretation and best possible application of laws and regulations concerning company life, to finding the most innovative solutions to such problems. He has specific experience in questions of company and commercial law, in particular with the provision of assistance in establishing companies, negotiating and drafting company by-laws and shareholders\u2019 agreements, in the establishment of corporate networks and the drafting of internal regulations, with the transfer of holdings, liquidations, sales, company leases, debt restructuring and solving company crises.
